Tres Rojas Wine Club Terms & Conditions*

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to sign up for either the TRW Dry Select Club or the TRW Sweet Spot memberships.

  2. If wine is being shipped, an adult over 21 must be available to sign for the package. It is recommended that a business address be used for the delivery to avoid delays.

  3. Wine Club member authorizes Tres Rojas Winery to automatically bill the credit card on file for all wine club shipments and associated fees.

  4. Member is required to notify Tres Rojas Winery of any address, billing, or shipping changes at least (2) weeks prior to when account will be charged to avoid delays. Email us at tresrojaswineclub@gmail.com.  Additional shipping charges will be applied to misdirected wines at the member’s expense.

  5. Communication with the wine club member is done via email. Member agrees to read all emails from Tres Rojas Winery pertaining to club shipments, events, and other club offerings. Be sure to add us to your contact list to avoid email going to spam/junk.

  6. Wine club emails will be sent a few weeks before each shipment is ready with details about the featured wines, charges to the account, how to make changes, when to expect the shipment or when it will be ready for pick up for will-call members.

  7. Credit cards are charged on the 1st day of the wine club month (February 1st, June 1st, and October 1st). Taxes, shipping, and handling will apply on all shipments. Tres Rojas Winery reserves the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions that may not be ideal for the wine.

  8. The Tres Rojas Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving your first two(2) releases, but not within 5 days of a wine club release dated the 1st of the release month. You must take a minimum of two shipments per year to maintain an active status and your benefits. It is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify the Tres Rojas Wine Club department to cancel their membership via email at tresrojaswineclub@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Any cancellations made within 5 days of the emailed release date will still ship, incurring charges for product and shipment fees.

  9. Club members understand that any purchases made prior to the shipment charge will not be counted as their shipment and the member will still be charged for the upcoming regular shipment.

  10. Will-call members may pick up their wines after the credit cards have been processed on the 1st of each wine club month. Will-call orders must be picked up within 45 days of processing. Orders not picked up will be converted to a shipping order and released for delivery. Shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card on the account.

  11. Member benefits are non-transferable. Membership is limited to (2) people, member and spouse. Wine club member must be present to use benefits.

  12. All wine club members listed on the account authorize Tres Rojas Winery to publish any photographs of them or their guests for use in marketing and company publications.

* TRW reserves the right to make adjustments to the terms/conditions as needed. Emails will be sent to members outlining changes to policies.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Tres Rojas Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving your first two (2) releases, but not within 5 days of a wine club release dated the 1st of the release month. It is the wine club members responsibility to notify the Tres Rojas Wine Club Department to cancel their membership.

  2. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are nonrefundable.

  3. All cancellation requests must be done via email to tresrojaswineclub@gmail.com.

  4. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

  5. A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative.

 

Wine Club Shipping Policy

  1. Wine club orders are scheduled to be shipped on the first Monday of the month. As we pack your order, we create a shipping label, which may send you an email notifying you that your order is being shipped. Please keep in mind that your order will be shipped on the scheduled shipping date, even if you receive this email days before. Your tracking information will be updated once your order ships.

  2. Shipping of your wine club order may be delayed due to severe weather in our area, your area, or the route between. We will not ship if our/your weather is 85 degrees or higher. We will not ship if your weather or weather between us is below 35 degrees. Orders will be held until weather permits.

  3. An adult aged 21 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. Any shipment returned or needing to be rerouted due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver will incur additional charges to the credit card on file.
